In case of Wardrobe Sliding Doors you need to pay 100% of the total amount at the time of placing the order.
In case of other custom made furniture, you need to pay 50% of the total amount to confirm your order. However, before the order is confirmed by you, if you decide to cancel your order, we will refund the booking charges of Rs. 1000 within one week of order cancellation. You need to pay 50% after completion of manufacturing. Material will be dispatched to your site only after 100% payment is received.
We customize as per your requirements and therefore it takes us more time to deliver our custom-made furniture than the sites that deliver ready-made furniture. We take up to 100 days to deliver the furniture after you confirm your order, materials, and design. We will update you when the order is ready for delivery and installation.
The delivery cost from our factory to customer shipping address will be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The installation of Wardrobe Sliding Doors will be the responsibility of the customer. The installation of furniture including wardrobes, kitchen, TV wall unit, crockery unit, beds is free of cost. It takes us 5 to 10 days to install the wardrobes and modular kitchen, TV units, Beds, Crockery units depending on the volume and design complexity. However, in case of full home furnishing requests, it may take more time depending upon the extent of work required. Also, the customer is required to provide a power connection point for the usage of electrical tools for the installation.
Our furniture is delivered in several packages. Packages may be of odd sizes depending on the size of the product. The packages have to be delivered using lifts in your building, in case the installation site is above the ground floor. At present, we do not have any other method to deliver the products. You (the customer) is responsible to acquire necessary permission to enable us to use the lift. In the unlikely event, if the delivery cannot be made via lift, you may have to pay additional charges to transport the material from the ground floor to upper floors. These charges will be informed and agreed with you before transportation.
Specifically in case of the product “Wardrobe Sliding Doors” the cost indicated on the website is on ex-factory Hyderabad basis. The customer will bear the cost of transportation from LUXUS factory to their shipping address.
As the furniture is custom made (made to measure) as per your request, we are unable to accept any returns or refunds for the same. In the unlikely event, if the product is damaged or has manufacturing defects, please email us at info@luxusindia.net within 2 business days of delivery. Please attach the photographs of the defect because it helps us in processing your request faster. Ensure that the product is in unused condition if it needs to be replaced.
Once the claim has been validated, we will either replace the damaged component or take any other measure to resolve the issue.
Once we receive the product and validate it, we will process the refunds immediately. The eligible proceeds will be paid to the account you used for making the online payment. It may take your bank 7 to 14 days to process the refunds to your account.
